AKIVA is in Financial advisory services since 2017 and was formed with the sole intention of advising SMEs and MSME with the right approach towards their business goals and aspirations.

Our approach towards our clients encompasses business advisory, where we concentrate on their growth and turnaround. We have defined various services that SMEs and MSME could use depending on their aspirations, needs and challenges. Our Prime Mentor Divyesh Shah is a Chartered Accountant and brings 35 years of experience with guided Problem Solving, Counselling and Growth mapping through an unbiased and multi-faceted approach. Divyesh specializes in the areas of NPA Advisory, Dispute Resolution, Management Consultancy, as well as Business Growth Advisory. He ensures that his clients work on their core expertise, as he is there to advise on business-related issues and problem-solving. He has rich experience in sailing companies through various bottlenecks including –

  • Stressed companies having loans turned into NPA 
  • Companies looking to grow business / expand
  • Disputes among promoters / partners / family

Vatsal Shah

With 12 plus years of experience in Finance, Vatsal Shah is the Director at AKIVA. He is an MBA in Finance and a CFA. He brings his vast experience in Financial and Business Research, Analysis, Projections, Modelling, Financial Structuring as well as Capital requirements of the clients.
Having worked with a multinational like KPMG, Vatsal can create a remarkable difference in portfolios related to NPA Advisory, Fund Raising as well as Business/Growth Advisory. He aims at creating value for his clients by utilization and optimization of available resources. He has been able to assist with-
